Cadrex Monterrey Joins the Responsible Factory Initiative (RFI)

Monterrey, MX November 12, 2025 ‒ Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions has announced that its Monterrey, Mexico facility has joined the Responsible Factory Initiative (RFI), a move which reinforces the company’s commitment to ethical, safe, and sustainable manufacturing across North America. The RFI program is operated by the Responsible Business Alliance, which is the world’s largest industry coalition dedicated to responsible business conduct in global supply chains.

The RFI promotes responsible and sustainable manufacturing by advancing standards in labor, environmental stewardship, health and safety, and ethical business practices. By participating in the program, Cadrex has committed to ensuring its monterrey operations continue to align with globally recognized standards of ethical and sustainable manufacturing.

Under the RFI program, Cadrex Monterrey will undergo a comprehensive third-party assessment of its operations, policies, and practices based on the RBA Code of Conduct. This assessment will evaluate areas such as worker health and safety, labor rights, environmental management, and ethical business conduct. The RFI team will also provide guidance and support to help identify opportunities for improvement and strengthen Cadrex’s sustainability initiatives.

Cadrex’s participation builds on its broader sustainability commitments across its network of 20+ manufacturing sites in the U.S. and Mexico. It reflects the company’s unified approach to advancing responsible manufacturing practices, supporting its diverse customer base in industries such as aerospace, defense, medical, semiconductor, and data center infrastructure.
